A fire outbreak has destroyed the House of district head of Lere Alhaji Sulaiman Muhammad.
The fire broke out at the District house in Gwallaga area of Bauchi metropolis.
A Traditional Title holder Sa'in Tafawa Balewa, Mallam Yunusa Ado, confirmed the incident, saying "We believe the fire was caused by an electrical fault today, Monday, 4/8/2025, when the District's head was, in his Palace in Zwall.
Yunusa said the fire destroyed many valuables and very important property in the House. “We thanked the almighty Allah for his intervention, the fire was contained, no life lost and no one was injured.
He said that the arrival of the Firefighters officials from the State Fire Brigade office help and put the fire off, and the neighbors also helped to move the car in the garage outside, but there was severe damage of the House and properties
He said, "We pray to God to restore the best of what was lost and to protect the future.”
