NTCA Backs President Tinubu’s Security Measures, Condoles Families Of Terror Victims

The Nationwide Tinubu Connect Associates (NTCA) has expressed strong confidence in the unwavering commitment and decisive leadership of President Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu in addressing the persistent security challenges confronting Northern Nigeria, including recent acts of terrorism and kidnappings.

The director-general of NTCA, Dr. Bello Maigari, described the President's recent actions and policy directions on national security as bold, strategic, and exemplary, reflecting a leader who prioritised the safety and well-being of Nigerians above all else.

In a press statement issued by Nuruddeen Yakubu Haske, media aide to the DG NTCA, commended the intensified security operations, rapid response mechanisms, and enhanced synergy among security agencies aimed at restoring peace to affected communities.

Dr. Maigari, who is the Tafidan Dukku, expressed deep concern over the tragic incidents in Kebbi, Niger, and Kwara States, extending heartfelt condolences on behalf of NTCA to the families, relatives, and communities of those who lost their lives. He also offered prayers and solidarity to the families of kidnapped victims, hoping for their immediate and safe return.

Describing the attacks as heartbreaking, barbaric, and unacceptable, he emphasised that the situation calls for national unity, cooperation, and unwavering support for the Federal Government's efforts to eliminate terrorism, banditry, and all forms of criminal activity across the country.

Maigari further highlighted President Tinubu's determination to strengthen the security architecture, deploy modern strategies, and reinforce troop morale, initiatives he said are already yielding positive outcomes. He urged Nigerians to remain patient, vigilant, and supportive of ongoing security interventions.

The DG reassured citizens, particularly those in the Northern region of NTCA's continued collaboration with government stakeholders, security agencies, and community leaders to promote peace, deepen national cohesion, and advance the Renewed Hope Agenda of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.

He prays for Allah to grant comfort to the bereaved, healing to the wounded, and lasting peace to the nation.

The association also extended warm felicitations to the National Security Adviser, Mallam Nuhu Ribadu, on the occasion of his 65th birthday.

Dr. Maigari praised Mallam Ribadu as a distinguished patriot, fearless reformer, and pillar of integrity whose lifelong dedication to public service has significantly strengthened Nigeria’s security architecture and contributed to national stability. He lauded Ribadu's outstanding legacy as a pioneer anti-corruption crusader whose work continues to inspire accountability and good governance.

As National Security Adviser, he noted, Mallam Ribadu has demonstrated exemplary leadership, dedication, and uncommon courage in advancing President Tinubu’s strategic vision for a safer and more secure Nigeria.
