Lawmaker pays tuition fees for 25 female students in health related courses

The Member of the House of Representatives representing Darazo-Ganjuwa Federal Constituency of Bauchi State, Hon Mansur Manu Soro, has directed for the immediate settlement of tuition and index fees of the 25 female students of the College of Health Technology, Ningi under his sponsorship. 

The benefitting students commenced their studies at the College in August 2024 after securing the full scholarship of the Federal Lawmaker to study various health-related courses. 

Speaking to journalists on Sunday, he explained that, "The intervention was targeted at training our female younger sisters to bridge the existing gap in the supply of female-health personnel in Darazo-Ganjuwa Federal Constituency."

According to him, "On completion of their studies, the beneficiaries of the scholarship will be encouraged to provide technical support to the Four Health facilities constructed by the MMS Foundation in Sade, Soro, Gabarin and Miya towns of the Constituency."

Mansur Manu Soro assured that, "We shall continue to unconditionally support women in Darazo-Ganjuwa Federal constituency to enable them attain their potentials."

He further stated that the MMS Foundation will continue to support development of Health and education sectors which are key to existence and societal being.
