...lauds Gov Mohammed for inclusive governance

Bauchi State chapter of the Christian Council of Nigeria (CCN), has extended warm and sincere greetings to the government and people of Bauchi State on the joyous occasion of the 2026 Eid el-Fitr.
Eid-El Fitri is always celebrated at the end of the fasting by Muslims during the holy month of Ramadan.
State Chairman of the Christian Council of Nigeria, Rev. Prof Collins Agbong David, on behalf of the members, felicitated with the Muslim community for having a successful 30 days of fasting and other religious activities.
According to him, "As Muslims celebrate the spirit of Ramadan, a period of fasting, reflection, and spiritual growth, the CCN recognizes the values of compassion, forgiveness, and community that unite us as Nigerians."
He prayed thar, "May this Eid bring peace, joy, and prosperity to all, and may it strengthen the bonds of friendship and cooperation among our diverse communities."
The CCN Chairman added, "We pray for harmony, understanding, and peaceful coexistence among all Nigerians, and we acknowledge the importance of interfaith dialogue and collaboration in building a better society."
Collins Agbong David further prayed, "May Almighty God bless Bauchi State and Nigeria with peace, stability, and progress."
He then assured that CCN members as part of the Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN), will continue to pursue peace and peaceful coexistence in the State in order to have a wonderful society.
The Clergyman also commended the State Governor, Sen Bala Abdulkadir Mohammed, for operating an all inclusive administration which has ensured that all are equally treated irrespective of ethno-religious and political differences.
