A support group has commended President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for upholding the principle of rewarding loyalty and excellence in public service, describing the approach as a clear departure from the practices of past political leaders.
The Northern Coalition Support Groups for Tinubu/Kashim made the commendation on Monday during a press conference in Bauchi.
The group said President Tinubu’s appointments so far clearly reflect dedication, loyalty, and excellence in the discharge of responsibilities, adding that the President consistently rewards unwavering support and competence.
Titled “Reward for True Loyalty and Excellence,” the press conference highlighted what the group described as the President’s careful selection of aides and subordinates, with loyalty and excellence given top priority.
The group urged President Tinubu to consider Hon. Yazid Inuwa M.K Bauchi for appointment as one of his aides, citing his record of continuous national service and commitment to the Renewed Hope Agenda.
“With utmost respect, deep loyalty, and unwavering belief in the Renewed Hope Agenda, the people of the North-East geopolitical zone humbly draw Mr. President’s attention to a man whose dedication, loyalty, competence, and humanitarian commitment continue to stand out across our region, Hon. Yazid Inuwa M.K Bauchi, the current National Director-General of the Northern Coalition Support Groups for Tinubu/Kashim,” the group said.
The group described the appeal as a call rooted in sincerity and fairness, noting that since 2019, Hon. Yazid Inuwa has remained one of the earliest, boldest, and most consistent advocates of President Tinubu’s political vision and progressive ideology across Bauchi State and the wider North-East.
“Long before victory and long before national acceptance, he stood firm, mobilizing, educating, enlightening, and supporting communities despite limited resources, personal sacrifices, and numerous challenges,” the group stated.
It described Hon. Yazid Inuwa as a seasoned politician, tested technocrat, and compassionate humanitarian whose passion for youth empowerment, conflict resolution, social cohesion, and regional development continues to inspire thousands across the North-East.
According to the group, youths across the region speak highly of his motivational strength, humility, and ability to inspire whenever he addresses them, adding that he operates with an administrative mindset driven by service rather than self-interest.
“Your Excellency, in the spirit of fairness, loyalty, and reward for genuine commitment, we strongly believe that the reward of goodness is nothing but goodness. Hon. Yazid Inuwa represents the new generation of credible northern Muslim leaders who have earned their place in national service through hard work, loyalty, grassroots reach, and proven capacity,” the group said.
The group therefore appealed for his consideration among nominees from the North-East, a region it said he has tirelessly served through the Tinubu/Kashim political movement and humanitarian initiatives.
Highlighting his credentials, the group said Hon. Yazid Inuwa is a graduate with strong administrative skills who inherited political values and leadership qualities from both parents. It added that he has remained a die-hard supporter of Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu in Bauchi State since 2019.
His past roles include Bauchi State Youth Leader during the APC presidential primary election, former Presidential Campaign Council (PCC) member on grassroots engagement and orientation in the North-East, Tinubu Support Organization (TSO) Coordinator in Bauchi State, Tinubu Support Movement (TSM) Coordinator in Bauchi State, and TSM Zonal Coordinator for the North-East.
He also served as Special Assistant on Peace, Security, and Conflict Resolution to former Bauchi State Governor Mohammed Abubakar, SAN, and currently serves as the National Director-General of the Northern Coalition Support Groups for Tinubu/Kashim.
“Hon. Yazid Inuwa M.K Bauchi has paid his dues. He has demonstrated loyalty, competence, unity, and humanitarian service while strengthening the message of the Renewed Hope Agenda across the North-East,” the group said.
It concluded that appointing him into the administration would uplift youths, strengthen grassroots participation, reinforce trust, and expand the impact of President Tinubu’s national development vision.
