Mohammed Salisu Shehu has been sworn in as the nShehu emerges Chairman of judicial staff, pledges commitment to welfareew Chairman of the Judiciary Staff Union of Nigeria (JUSUN), Bauchi State Chapter, with a commitment to improving infrastructure, staff welfare and strengthening the justice system.
In his inaugural speech on Saturday in Bauchi, Shehu outlined key priorities for his administration, emphasising the need for better working conditions for judiciary staff.
He pledged to push for the rehabilitation of courtrooms and provision of modern facilities to enhance efficient justice delivery across the state.
The chairman also highlighted the importance of improved welfare packages for members, including enhanced salary structures, allowances, housing and official vehicles.
According to him, better welfare would not only boost staff morale but also help reduce corruption and improve overall efficiency within the judicial system.
Shehu reaffirmed the union’s commitment to protecting the rights and interests of its members, stressing that fairness, professionalism and accountability would remain central to his leadership.
